At Palmdale United Methodist Educational Services (PUMES), we believe that a child's academic learning and preparation is very important. Our approach to learning is one filled with hope, positive guidance, understanding and acceptance.  We strive to provide a strong academic foundation while nurturing the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of the children enrolled in our program.

* 2, 3, & 5 Full-day & Part-day Program Options

* Toilet-Training Assistance Available

* Letters/Numbers, Science, Art, Music & Movement

* Kindergarten Preparation

We offer a full-day Kindergarten program (8:30am - 2:30pm) using the A Beka Kindergarten curriculum.  Our kindergartners learn basic reading skills using an intensive phonics approach.  

The program emphasizes science, social studies, numbers/math, writing, and fine arts.
